Atrato statement on CTO departure

The Atrato executive team issued the following statement regarding the departure of CTO Tom Wendt:
"Tom Wendt, a long time member of the Atrato team brings a wealth of experience in the video and broadcast space and will play a critical role in future development of VideoGiant's content delivery solutions." "This move is not an entire separation of Tom's part from the company as he remains an advisor to Atrato and part of the team that will define products moving forward." [Chris Mellor.] 
"Yes, Tom Wendt has joined MusicGiants/VideoGiants as CTO. Atrato has a strategic relationship with MusicGiants. This joint partnership revolves around new and improved video applications. The companies have jointly invested in development efforts and are working together to bring to market new product features and functionality that specifically meet the needs of this industry."
