Fastest 2.5-inch flash SSD available

Claimed 120MB/s read and write speed
Flash solid state disk (SSD) manufacturer MemoRight has developed a very fast SSD, offering, it says, sustained read and write speeds of 120MB/s. Typical fast SSDs offer up to 100MB/s.
The 2.5-inch form factor 64GB GT Series model is a single level cell (SLC) design and has wear-levelling algorithms that extend its working life beyond ten years according to the company.
Oddly, a benchmark test available on the Memoright website only shows the device averaging a write speed of 103MB/s and a read speed of 93.6MB/s.
