Exec changes at Overland Storage

New CFO and VP new product delivery
On February 11, 2008, Robert J. Scroop resigned as Overland Storage's VP new product delivery and as an officer of Overland. He'll leave the company on August 14th.
On February 14, Overland's board appointed Kurt L. Kalbfleisch, previously interim CFO, as the official CFO. He continues in his VP finance position.
On the same day W. Michael Gawarecki was appointed as VP new product delivery, Scroop's now vacant post. Gawarecki was previously vice president of operations.
There is no word on whether Robert Scroop resigned for his own reasons or whether he was pushed out of the company, or dismissed.
