EMC Fortress is chartered with driving EMC’s entry into Software-as-a-Service (SaaS). The Fortress SaaS platform will define security, authentication, billing, and usage tracking across SaaS applications. EMC Fortress is seeking a Product Manager to lead the creation of requirements with user-centric design and ease of use for the Fortress platform

General Description

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for defining compelling features for the Fortress SaaS platform. You'll define the use cases, business opportunity, market requirements, product requirements, and operational requirements for new product features.

You will be involved in detailed requirements analysis and functional design activities

You are focused on user-centric design and ease-of-use. You think strategically and “out-of-the box” but you are also hands-on delivery-oriented and accountable. You will work closely with, sales teams, service teams, partners, and engineering.

You will drive product strategy and evolution with ownership of end-to-end success

You will take a role in the release planning process to define the Fortress roadmap and determine contents of each release.

You will research, analyze and document directions of the SaaS industry, including developing an understanding of competitive products from a business and technology perspective.
